Shipping
Can I get a refund while my order is still in transit?
Refunds are not possible while your order is mid-delivery.
If you no longer would like to keep your order, we offer two options:
1. Order Cancellation:
Available only before your order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. See order cancellations for more details.
2. Return for Refund:
Once your order arrives, you're welcome to return it under our 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Can I make a delivery request (e.g. leave at location, call on arrival)?
You're welcome to request specific delivery instructions, and we’ll pass them on to the courier. However, couriers have advised that these requests are not guaranteed to be followed. While most drivers do their best, it is not a service that the courier provides.
Do couriers call on arrival?
Unfortunately, couriers have advised that calls on arrival are not something they can guarantee. We’re happy to leave a delivery note with the request, but it may not be followed.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within Australia, as our priority is to serve our Australian customers to the highest standard. Once we are confident we can offer the same level of service worldwide, we plan to expand our shipping internationally.

📦 Smart Ice Bath Chiller
Can I use chlorine or other chemicals to keep the water clean with my chiller?
Your chiller is already equipped with a built-in filter that helps keep the water cleaner for longer, so there’s no need for added chemicals. In fact, we strongly recommend not using chlorine, bromine, or any chemical treatments, as these circulate through the system and can damage the chiller’s internal parts.
If you’d like to enhance your ice bath, you can safely add salts to the water.

Can sea water be used in your Ice Baths?
Yes, it sure can! As long as no chiller is connected, you can safely use sea water in any of our tubs - including the Pro, Max, Barrel, and Bath models.

Do you have a mobile app?
Yes, we do! Our mobile app lets you control your steamers and offers great additional features for your ice baths and saunas, including a session timer, voice guidance, session logging, and personal stats to improve.
Our chiller is also Wi-Fi compatible, but it is currently controlled through third-party smart home apps. Please refer to the manual for setup instructions. The chiller is scheduled to be added to the official RZ mobile app soon.

No. The heating elements are safely wrapped in a silicone layer, so there’s no visible light. You’ll just feel the warmth as the infrared waves do their work.
