We understand that sometimes plans change. Whether or not we can cancel your order depends on the stage your order is at. Here's what you need to know.
1. Cancellation before processing
If you request to cancel before your order is processed, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the non-refundable transaction fee charged by your selected payment provider.
Examples of typical transaction fees:

Credit card: approximately 2%

Afterpay: approximately 7%
We only deduct the exact cost charged to us. No handling or admin fees are added.
Important: Even if your order appears unfulfilled, it may have already been processed by our warehouse. We will need to check with the warehouse before confirming whether cancellation is still possible.
2. Cancellation after processing or while in transit
If the order has already been processed or shipped, additional costs apply:

$10 courier Return to Sender (RTS) fee if we attempt to recall the parcel
We can request an RTS with the courier, but they have advised that it cannot be guaranteed. If the request is successful, the above charges will be deducted from your refund.
These fees are not added by us. They are charged by third parties and passed on at cost.
3. Cancellation after delivery
Once an order has been delivered, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
You are still covered under our 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it for a refund.
