How It Works

Your request must be made within 100 days of the purchase date. Returns requested outside this window will not be accepted.

You are encouraged to test the product and assess whether it suits your needs.
Please review Step 4 below to ensure you understand the return condition requirements. Products must be returned in original condition to be eligible for a refund.
3. Not Satisfied? Let Us Know
If you are not completely satisfied, contact our customer support team within the 100 day window. We will guide you through the next steps.
4. Return Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, all items must meet the following conditions:

Returned in original condition, exactly as received

Fully cleaned and dried

Packaged in all original packaging, including internal and external components
All returns are inspected carefully. If an item is found to be dirty, wet, damaged, or missing parts or packaging, cleaning or replacement fees may apply.
Important: We do not accept returns of used personal items such as:

Towels

Mats

Any item that cannot be restored to its original condition
You are welcome to lightly test your main product (for example, an ice bath or sauna), but please avoid using any included towels or mats unless you plan to keep the order.
If your return does not meet the required conditions, it will be rejected. In that case, we will contact you with two options:

We can reship the items back to you at your expense

Or, if you prefer, we can dispose of the items
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping is your responsibility. We do not provide return labels or cover return shipping for change of mind returns.
6. What Will Be Refunded
We do not charge any handling or restocking fees. However, we will deduct:

The original shipping cost, even if your order included free shipping

The payment provider's transaction fee, such as fees from Afterpay, PayPal, or Stripe
These are actual costs incurred on your order. We are happy to provide copies of these invoices on request.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets all requirements, your refund will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. It will be credited to your original payment method.
