Exchanging Part or All of Your Order

If you'd like to exchange an item or adjust your order, we’re here to help. What we can do depends on your order’s current status:

1. If your order hasn’t been processed yet

We’re happy to exchange your order for items of equal or greater value. Even if your order shows as “unfulfilled,” it may already be in progress. We’ll check with our warehouse to see if it can be intercepted in time.

2. If your order has been fulfilled but not yet collected by the courier

We’ll attempt to intercept the package before it leaves our warehouse. While this isn’t guaranteed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your change request.

3. If your order is already in transit

We can request a Return to Sender (RTS) with the courier. Please note:

  • This request is not guaranteed and depends on the courier's approval

  • The courier will charge us the original shipping fee plus a $10 RTS fee

  • These charges will be passed on to you

Please confirm if you're happy to proceed with these costs before we submit the request.

4. If your order has already been delivered

You can still return your items under our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Instead of a refund, we’ll happily process your request as an exchange.
