If you need to change the delivery address on your order, we can usually help, as long as the request comes from the email used to place the order and the parcel has not shipped yet.
What we can do
If your order has not been dispatched, we will update the address for you. Please contact us from the original order email and include the full new delivery address. We will update it in our system as soon as possible.
Things to keep in mind
Even if your order shows as “unfulfilled,” it may already be packed and processed by our warehouse. In these cases, address changes may not be possible, but we will still attempt the update and let you know the outcome.
